Our community hired VIS a year ago. Due to various circumstances, we were not a very organized, productive community. VIS stepped in to exceedingly difficult circumstances and has partnered with us to build a strong foundation for us to move forward in a positive and constructive manner. Our Board made one of its best decisions in a long time when we hired VIS.
