Our Story
VIS Group, Inc. was founded in February 2005 with a mission to provide exceptional community association management services. Our commitment to delivering high-quality services at competitive prices has been the cornerstone of our growth. Initially based in Puyallup, Washington, the company relocated its headquarters to Lacey, Washington, in June 2007 to better serve our expanding client base. Over the years, VIS Group has expanded its service offerings to include property management, maintenance, and small claims assistance.
This diversification has enabled us to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients’ needs. To enhance our service delivery, we established a second office in Pierce County in 2012. While that location was subsequently closed in 2014 to optimize resources, we opened another office in Renton in 2019 to better serve our growing clientele.
In 2015, we recognized the potential of our property management services and spun off this division into a separate company, Simply Home Realty, LLC. Despite industry challenges, VIS Group has consistently grown and gained market share through a focus on technological advancements, exceptional customer service, and a dedicated team of professionals.
