Understanding Your HOA Board vs. Community Management

If this is your first time owning a home within a governing body, it can be difficult to determine who is responsible for what within the neighborhood. The HOA Board and the management company work hand in hand, and while the lines can sometimes seem blurred, each party has specific responsibilities.

Your HOA Board consists of elected, volunteer homeowners who make executive decisions, set policies, and manage community finances.
